Premium Ground Wagyu
Chuck provides an outstanding blend of lean muscle and fat that produces juicy and flavorful ground beef. We also use this cut for our bratwurst, hot dog, summer sausage and beef sticks.
Cooking Tips: Don’t forget that much of what makes Wagyu special is the fat. While grilling is fine, consider cooking your burgers and links in a hot cast iron skillet and allow that fat to add more flavor to your meal rather than melting away on an open flame. Try them both and see if you can tell the difference.
